I’ve been taking these for a few months now. I suffer from a prolapsed disc between L3/L4 which causes me to have a lot of pain in my lower back and sciatica. I was put on tramadol and Gabapentin which did little to relive the pain and i eventually started experiencing bad daily migraines with them. After stopping the Gabapentin and tramadol, I reluctantly tried these rosehip supplements after my mother told me that she had read an article on how they help with joint pain. I didn’t expect them to have any effect but after about 3 weeks of taking them I noticed that my pain had greatly improved. I still get some sciatic pain but my back is now the best it’s been in 5 years. I will definitely continue to take these.

Having made the best possible use of my body over the years I’ve developed arthritis in several areas, some more painful than other. I’ve tried most things to manage the gradual decline but found nothing really had a noticeable impact. In the past 12 months my right hand has become particularly bad, locking whilst sleeping, restricted movement and almost continuous pain and a chance meeting earlier this year got me talking to a podiatrist who noticed me struggle straightening my fingers after holding a cup where he suggested Rosehip. He didn’t specify a brand but said he recommended it to all his patients with joint pain so I ordered these and he was right. I didn’t have to wait for doses to build up by day 3 I noticed things were much easier and my hand was waking me during the night. On a few occasions I’ve missed taking a tablet and it’s noticeable the following day. Great advice and great supplement.

It was suggested by my Practice Nurse to interchange my Glucosomine with Rosehip. I was slightly afraid to change just in case I lost the efficacy of the Glucosomine but I tried the Rosehip and can advise that I have had no serious side effects. I am now into my second month of the Rosehip and will take it for another month after and then return to the Glucosomine. After my 3 months of Glucosomine I will be back in touch with you for a further box of Rosehip.

Have now been interchanging Rosehip Supplement with Glucosamine and Chrondroitin for a couple of years and 'touch wood' there had been no loss of 'coverage'. This is a fine product and would highly recommend it to joint sufferers.

I've been taking all sorts of pain relief tablets for ages (sprays, rubs, heat pads etc) for my hip which has been paining me for a long time and the pain relief tablets were doing nothing.

I thought I would try these after researching them on the interweb - I'm getting a couple of the side effects - but nothing serious and the fact that I'm now pain free (!) means that putting up with a few minor drawbacks is something I can live with.

I started off taking 1 a day - but saw no real change so I upped it to 2 and then the pain improved - I'm now on 3 a day and it's gone completely! (3 a day is the recommended daily amount, 1 taken with food)

Rose hip is also (allegedly) good for removing wrinkles - so that's an added bonus!

I would highly recommend these - but check with your doctor to check that you can take these supplements with other medications.

Very quick delivery I purchased these tablets first for my mom who has rheumatoid arthritis to see if they worked for her. After taking for one week she was not in so much pain and getting round the house much better and a lot happier in herself. I went on holiday and was struggling to get about with my legs and back and when I telephoned her she said I was to order some for myself when I got home. I did and within three days of taking the tablets I started to notice a difference the doctor is sending me for a scan on my back but I have now been taking them for three weeks and I am not in as much pain if I continue this way I will not be needing a long awaited scan. We would not hesitate to recommend these tablets for anyone out there in pain. Give them a try and wait for the results. Will certainly be purchasing more. Many thanks.
