Arnica

Arnica is beneficial for skin. It acts as an antibiotic. When it is applied to the skin, it helps in reducing swelling and decreasing pain due to aches, bruises, sprains and arthritis. Arnica is also useful if you have any insect bites, chapped lips, cartilage and muscle pain and acne.
