Since Vivo Life's inception we have been asked when we are going to create a pre-workout. As with all our products, we wanted to prioritize quality, effectiveness and natural sourcing of ingredients and our plant-based Pre-workout is no different. The product is completely free of artificial stimulants which sets it apart from more common place pre-workouts. The stimulative effect comes from the carefully curated blend of natural ingredients to help energize and prepare you for your training sessions. All ingredients in the blend have been thoroughly researched and demonstrate their capacity to work symbiotically to improve athletic performance when consumed in a pre-exercise setting.

Why have you chosen beetroot for the Pre-Workout?

Beetroot has a high nitrate content. Nitrates convert to nitric oxide in the body and increase oxygen in the blood. This improves blood flow to fatigued muscles. This increases vasodilation, which is the widening of the blood vessels, improving oxygen consumption within the cells, enhancing physical performance and reducing blood pressure.

So who is our Pre-workout for?

If you are a sports person, athlete, or general gym goer, you will benefit from our new Pre-workout. We recommend drinking the product within 30 minutes before you start your training session. The effects will last differently for different people, depending on your caffeine sensitivity. If you are the kind of person who feels the effects of a cup of coffee very viscerally and for a long time, you may experience the same kind of energy lift from our Pre-workout. If you experience more of a smooth, subtle caffeine lift when you drink coffee this may be the case for you. We do not use any artificial ingredients, especially stimulants. Our product will not cause the extreme caffeine lift that some pre-workouts give, the type where you are jittery and cannot focus. Directions

Add (2 level + 1 heaped Teaspoonor1 (15ml) Vivo Scoops), add 250ml cold water and mix preferably using a shaker or blender for a smoother texture. Consume 20-30 minutes prior to exercise.

Not suitable if pregnant or breastfeeding due to caffeine content.
