Our seaweed is not only super rich in iodine but is brimming with all the necessary trace* minerals and micronutrients to deliver and metabolise iodine, including selenium, tyrosine, zinc, copper, vitamins A, B2, B3, B6, and C. Essentially, this means your body can absorb it easily.

In keeping with the biomass assessments in all areas of harvesting, only the top 14 inches of the seaweed is cut. After cutting, we dont return to that location for 4 years, just to be sure we dont affect the ecosystem. In fact, even the air we use to gently dry the seaweed is geothermally heated. This minimises the use of fossil fuels.
This is wild-harvested using cutters, not dredging, which means the seabed is not affected. And when it comes to harvesting operations, we work with local communities across all areas of production.

DIRECTIONS
Just 1 capsule a day supports a healthy balanced diet. Do not take more than 3 in a day. Your Organic Iodine can be taken with or without food. If you find it causes any stomach discomfort, take it with food. You can take this any time of the day. Try to take it at the same time every day to build up a regular routine.
ADVICE
This product should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
Do not exceed the recommended intake unless directed by a practitioner. Consult your doctor before use if you take medication or have a medical condition.
Keep out of the sight and reach of children. Store in a cool dry place, out of direct sunlight.
Do not use if the seal is broken. Reseal pack after every use. Use within 60 days once open.
