TURMERIC AND CURCUMIN
Turmeric is the powdered root of the Curcuma Longa plant. This vibrant yellow powder has a host of beneficial plant compounds, including a group of polyphenol plant pigments called curcuminoids. One of these curcuminoids is curcumin, which is responsible for turmerics vivid colour - and proven to have many of its own health benefits when extracted from turmeric.
Our Curcumin&Turmeric Complex has been formulated to maximise all the benefits of turmeric, combining pure turmeric with a 95% extract of curcumin. The result? DIRECTIONS
1-2 capsules a day will give you an effective dose for wellness, but higher therapeutic doses should be well tolerated. Curcumin is fat soluble, so taking it with a fatty meal will improve absorption. Curcumin can be taken at any time. Try to find the best schedule to help you take it regularly.ADVICE
