Deliciously nutty in taste and texture, our speciality and seed butters are packed with nutrients which make them the healthy choice to enjoy as a simple spread or use in a variety of vegan recipes. Our Light Tahini is made using 100% hulled sesame seeds which are roasted and then ground into a creamy paste.

Meridian doesnt use palm oil- Meridian refuse to use any palm oil in their products due to the environmental damage they can cause. They even support the Borneo Orangutan Survival (BOS) Foundation who help to rehabilitate orangutans that have lost their habitat due to palm oil production.

Recommended use

Try using as a dip, in sauces, salads and hummus. Oil separation is natural and can simply be stirred back in.
