When exposed to the air, these ingredients oxidize inside the pouch to produce and regulate warmth for several hours.

Directions

Open outer package just prior to use.Peel away paper backing from warmer and attach warmer directly to BOTTOM of sock. Users should allow 10 to 20 minutes for the warmers to reach their optimal temperatures.Do not use for longer than recommended. For external use only.After use, dispose with regular garbage. Ingredients will not harm environment.
