Directions of Use
Adult intake: Take 30 minutes before a meal with 250ml water.
Begin by taking one capsule daily and increase each week with one capsule until 2-3 capsules are being taken daily. Build up to 6 a day if required or as professionally directed.
For ongoing maintenance 2 3 capsules daily is suitable.
Caution:Do not take capsules with hot beverages. Not recommended for pregnant or lactating mothers.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration is not required.
