Ingredients
Limeflowers, Valerian Root (20%), Hops (15%), Passion Flowers, Fennel.
Directions
Use one Dr Stuart's teabag per cup, and two for a mug. Pour on freshly boiled water. Allow the Valerian Plus Tea to brew for a good four to five minutes. Cover the mug while brewing or use a little teapot to keep even more goodness in.
