Ingredients

Limeflowers (35%), Hawthorn Berries (35%), Yarrow, Fennel, Scullcap.

Directions

Use one Dr Stuart's teabag per cup, and two for a mug. Pour on freshly boiled water. Allow the Tranquillity Tea to brew for a good four to five minutes. Cover the mug while brewing or use a little teapot to keep even more goodness in.
