Ingredients

Rosehip shells, Hibiscus flowers (34%), Peppermint (18%), Echinacea herb* (5%), Blackberry leaves, Natural strawberry flavour, Natural orange flavour.

Directions

Use one Dr Stuart's teabag per cup, and two for a mug. Pour on freshly boiled water. Allow the Echinacea Plus Tea to brew for a good four to five minutes. Cover the mug while brewing or use a little teapot to keep even more goodness in.
