Clearspring organic Gluten Free pasta is made from protein-rich red lentil flour and brown rice flour, simply mixed with a little water to create a firm texture with a satisfying bite. Made in Italy by second-generation millers, this bright orange fusilli has a deliciously nutty lentil flavour and counts as one of your 5-a-day.

Red lentil flour* (80%), brown rice flour* (20%) *organically grown

Directions
Bring plenty of water to a boil with a pinch of salt. Add 80g of pasta per portion. For a perfect "al dente" pasta simmer for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally. For more tender pasta leave it to boil for an additional minute. Drain through a sieve and serve immediately with your favourite sauce.
Serving suggestion:Red Lentil&Brown Rice Fusilli also makes a perfect base for a salad. Just rinse under cold running water after cooking and mix with fresh ingredients and a dressing of your choice.
