Uses

Try using this dark syrup as a glaze for pastries, in baking instead of other sweeteners, or over pancakes for a delicious desert. Combine it with soy sauce and garlic for the ultimate umami dip or marinade or if youre feeling experimental, roast some sprouts, sweet potatoes or carrots in a mix of dark maple syrup and balsamic vinegar, for a caramelised savoury side dish. Also perfect for desserts, ice cream&pancakes.
