Ingredients

WholegrainOats(50%), Seeds (10%) (Sunflower, Pumpkin, Brown Linseed, Chia (Salvia Hispanica)), Dates, Vegetable Fibres (Chickpea, Maize), Chicory Root Fibre, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Puffed Sorghum, Skin OnAlmonds, Quinoa, Dried Carrot, Puffed Lentils, Freeze Dried Berries (2%) (Raspberry, Strawberry, Blueberry), Dried Beetroot (1%), Beetroot and Carrot Extract, Natural Flavourings.

Directions

Store in a cool, dry place. Eat within a month once opened. Although we doubt it will last that long! Yum.

*This granola contains 2g of your 12g per day of chicory inulin, which contributes to normal bowel function by increasing stool frequency. Essentially, it helps you poop more regularly.
