Can I take Bio-Kult long term?
Yes, the Bio-Kult range can be taken long-term; however, some people may use live bacteria supplements at key times in their life e.g. alongside antibiotics, whilst travelling, stressful periods, or at other times as desired.
Should I take Bio-Kult daily?
The presence of live bacteria from supplements in the gastrointestinal tract are generally transient in nature. Live bacteria from supplements are not thought to permanently colonise the gastrointestinal tract. In light of this, all Bio-Kult research involves daily supplementation.

Each capsule contains: 2 billion live bacterial microorganisms per capsule (2 x 10^9CFU).

Why do we use milk and soya? Milk and soya are used in the fermentation process. The good news is that the content is at a level that would not affect lactose intolerant sufferers.
Directions of use
Adults and children 12+:Take up to 4 capsules daily, with food.
Children 3-11:Give 1-2 capsules daily, with food.
When taking antibiotics or travelling:Take 4 capsules a day. Continue for 2 weeks once your antibiotics course finishes and 1 week after you return from travelling.
Swallow our capsules whole or sprinkle into your cool food or drink.

Can be stored at room temperature without the need for refrigeration, just make sure you keep me cool, dry and out of direct sunlight.
