BetterYou Magnesium Sleep Kids’ Body Spray is a magnesium spray with a marvellous mixture of magnesium chloride and lavender. Designed to help relax energetic little snapperwhippers before bed. The specially selected ingredients create a soothing and calming effect on the body and when used as part of a child’s bedtime routine, helps your child fall into a deeper, more sustained sleep cycle, enabling them to wake up more refreshed. Formulated for topical use, magnesium chloride commences absorption immediately when sprayed onto the skin.

Ingredients

Aqua (water), magnesium chloride, glycerin, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, phenoxyethanol, ethylhexylglycerin, hydrolyzed jojoba esters, lavandula angustifolia (lavender) oil, anthemis nobilis fl ower (chamomile) oil, linalool, citric acid.

Directions

Spray between five and ten sprays around the body and massage in well. After a shower or bath is a great time to apply as the skin is warm and the pores are open which aids absorption. Apply anywhere on the body avoiding delicate areas such as the eyes. Reapply whenever needed.

If your child's sleep is disrupted: apply 2-3 sprays of Magnesium Sleep Kids' Body Spray direction to the areas of concern (often the calf or the feet) and massage in.

For severe restlessness: Magnesium Sleep Kids' Body Spray can be combined with Magnesium Sleep Kids' Flakes and Magnesium Kids' Sleep Lotion to build the perfect pre-sleep routine.

Dosage: 10 sprays deliver 37mg of optimally absorbable elemental magnesium.

On initial application, you may experience a slight tingling sensation. This may indicate low magnesium levels and is the result of the high-speed absorption of magnesium through the pores.
