What is the source of the magnesium chloride?

We use a unique combination of pure-source sub-terranean and marine magnesium chloride. All our magnesium chloride is from a 100% natural mineral sources, alternating between the Zechstein Sea area of Northern Europe, the Dead Sea area and most recently deposits from the Irish Sea.

I take medication, are there any contraindications?

There are no contraindications with any of our transdermal magnesium products. However, we always recommend speaking to your GP before starting any dietary supplements if you are on any medications or have any medical conditions.

Can I overdose on transdermal magnesium?

You do not need to worry about overdosing when using transdermal magnesium. Upper limits are only set when using the product orally, as large doses can have a laxative effect due to it being a natural relaxant.

Toxic symptoms from increased magnesium intake are not common as the body eliminates excess amounts, unless there are serious problems with kidney function. Magnesium chloride hexahydrate, cananga odorata (ylang-ylang) flower oil, salvia sclarea (clary sage) oil, linalool.

Directions

Bath: Add 250g Magnesium Sleep Flakes (roughly 2 cups) per bath. Lie back and relax for 20 minutes.

Footbath: Add 150g Magnesium Sleep Flakes (roughly 1 cup) to approx. 5 litres of water, enough to cover feet. Sit and relax for 20 minutes.

Dosage: 1kg of Magnesium Sleep Flakes contains 120g magnesium.

Magnesium Flakes are very hygroscopic and will quickly absorb moisture if left opened. Store in a dry place and quickly reseal opened bags. Use within 12 months of opening. Keep out of reach of children
