Ashwagandha, also known as the "king of Ayurvedic herbs" and thus one of the most significant plants in Ayurveda. As an adaptogen, it is said to have a calming, mood-lifting effect. It belongs to the nightshade genus and originates from India.
Acerola - bright red: This is the acerola cherry. The finely tart and fruity-fresh tasting fruit primarily thrives in South America and Jamaica in ravines, on riverbanks and mountain slopes or at the edges of streets. Its fruit pulp is especially juicy and has a fluid content of up to 80%.
Passionflower, the precious passionflower "Passiflora incarnata" was discovered by Spanish missionaries in Peru in the 16th century and is valued for its stress-relieving properties. Its fine herbal note invites us to relax.
