We don't heat treat our organic Apple Cider Vinegar, ensuring that we leave the live Mother intact. The Mother in apple cider vinegar is the strains of proteins and beneficial bacteria that form when apple cider vinegar is left unpasteurised and raw. She might appear as large cobwebs or as small darker particles in the organic apple cider vinegar bottle. Either way, don't be afraid of her because she's what makes Willy's ACV so special.

Whilst apple cider vinegar is slightly acidic in ph when metabolised within the body, our live apple cider vinegar actually promotes alkalinity, along with other foods like lentils, fresh green leafy vegetables, fruit and nuts. Uses

Classic Daily Dose:Enjoy a daily dose first thing in the morning or 30 minutes before meals. Take 15ml diluted in a smoothie, in warm water with lemon and honey or in other creative ways.

Salt/Caffeine Swap:Ditch the salt and splash some apple cider vinegar into your meal to enhance the taste. Replace caffeine with an energising warm drink with ACV.

Drizzle Over Meals:Add into most meals including soups, salads, roasted veg and meat basting. Use in sauces, dressing, dips and marinades.

Whizzy Salad Dressing:Whizz with lemon juice, honey and a trusty splash of olive oil and drizzle onto your favourite salad.

Face Sauna:Add 20ml of ACV to a bowl of boiled water and place a towel over your head. Let your face absorb the mist for up to 15 minutes.
