If powdered hot chocolate, puffing out of a jar in a messy cloud, comes to mind, think again. Our specialty is easy-to-melt chocolate tablets ready for you to transform them into a delicious luxury hot chocolate drink, whether its for you to enjoy at home or for busy baristas.
Certified by the Soil Association, cocoa for our Organic Madagascan hot chocolate is grown in the Sambirano Upper Valley with a natural mix of Criollo, Trinitario and Forastero varieties. Fermentation takes place in tiered wooden boxes, where the beans are regularly turned and carefully dried in the sun.

Uses
You will need 2 to 3 tablets of chocolate plus a cup of hot milk or your favourite non-dairy alternative. Simply place the tablets in a cup and cover with a little of the hot milk. Leave to soften for 60 seconds then stir until melted. Top up with the rest of the hot milk, whisk and enjoy!
Also great in baking, for desserts or just secretly nibbling!
