DIRECTIONS
1 capsule provides enough B vitamins to support your diet and lifestyle. B vitamins are water-soluble nutrients, so they can be taken safely in higher doses.
Water soluble nutrients like B vitamins can be taken with or without food.
B vitamins play a vital role in energy production, so its best to take them in the morning or early afternoon to support you throughout your busy day.
