Quest B complex timed release is a high potency timed release formula providing a full spectrum of the B vitamins to support energy levels, the nervous system and psychological function. Vitamin B1, B2, niacin (B3), B6 and pantothenic acid contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B1, niacin (B3), B6, B12 and biotin contribute to normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function.

Dicalcium Phosphate, Bulking Agent (microcrystalline cellulose), Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, Calcium D-pantothenate, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (with hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), Riboflavin, Nicotinamide, Thiamine Mononitrate (with hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), Choline Bitartrate (with silica), Inositol, Para-aminobenzoic Acid, Lecithin(from soya),Magnesium Stearate, Vitamin B12 (triturate in dicalcium phosphate), D-biotin (triturate in dicalcium phosphate), Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, Folic acid.

Directions
Take one tablet daily with a meal. Swallow with water.
