Ingredients
Maltodextrin, capsule shell (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, gellan gum), magnesium stearate, lactobacilli culture, magnesium stearate, ascorbic acid (with hydroxypropylmethylcellulose).

Directions of Use
One capsule two to four times daily, with food.
