Each capsule of Probio7 Original contains: Chicory Inulin Fibre (Fructo-Oligosaccharide),SoyFibre, Vegetable Capsule Shell, Bulking Agent (Maltodextrin), Bacteria Complex*, Anti-caking Agents (Magnesium Stearate&Silica), Calcium Carbonate (Capsule Colour).
*Bacteria Complex contains:Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus bulgaricus Streptococcus thermophilus, Bifidobacterium bifidum, Bifidobacterium longum&Lactococcus lactis.

Directions
Take 1 capsule daily with breakfast. Capsule can be swallowed whole or pulled apart and mixed with cold food or cold drink. For full benefits take daily for at least 3 months. Safe for long term use.Do notexceed recommended daily dose.
If taking antibiotics:increase to 2 capsules per day. Leave 2-4 hours between Probio7 Original and your antibiotic.
