Mepore is a trusted sterile adhesive wound dressing suitable for low to moderately exuding wounds, including surgical wounds, cuts, abrasions, grazes, and minor burns. Made by Mölnlycke Health Care, each dressing features a breathable Sontara non-woven outer layer that allows air and water vapour to pass through, helping the wound to breathe and reducing the risk of skin maceration.

The low-adherent polyolefin wound contact layer minimises trauma and discomfort during removal — a key concern for post-surgery wound care at home. The latex-free, solvent-free polyacrylate adhesive is gentle on sensitive skin yet holds securely. The conformable fabric stretches to fit joints and awkward body areas with ease. Each box contains 50 individually sterile dressings, making it an ideal choice for ongoing wound dressing after an operation or regular first aid use.

Direction to Use:

Clean and dry the wound area thoroughly before applying. Peel back the overlapping release liner and apply the dressing without stretching, particularly over joints. Do not use on patients with known sensitivity to acrylic adhesive. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
