We still make our original granola to the same recipe that was used when it was hand-crafted in a country kitchen. Packed full of ingredients like oats, seeds and nuts, this free-flowing granola not only tastes great but also packs a punch when it comes to delivering the right amount of fibre needed to keep you feeling a whole lot better. And of course, Lizis Original granola is GL tested for slow energy release.

Wholegrain-oat-flakes (66%), rapeseed oil, nuts (6%) [whole-almonds,-hazelnut-pieces], desiccatedcoconut, seeds (5%) [sunflower, pumpkin], black treacle, agave syrup, chicory fibre.
