Directions
Adults and children over 12 years:For 3-5 weeks take 3 capsules twice a day.
Maintenance dosage:2 Capsules twice a day. Swallow with water, or split the capsule and sprinkle over food.
Suitable for people with diabetes. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
