Set-up your mornings, soothe your evenings, and stay calm naturally throughout the day. We recommend 2g of mushroom powder per day. However, many people enjoy combining our products to experience a range of different benefits.

The Calm Coffee:Just add a 2g scoop of Reishi to your morning coffee for a calm start to your day.

The Calm Smoothie:Add the following to a blender: 2g DIRTEA Reishi, 6 inch piece of cucumber (skin on), 1 apple (skin on, with core removed), 1 kiwi (peeled), a handful of fresh mint leaves,lime (juiced), a pinch of salt, 150ml water&a splash of milk. Pour into a glass with ice&enjoy!
