Organic sugar, water, organic fresh root ginger infusion 18%, organic lemon juice from concentrate, organic ginger juice 4%, ginger extracts, citric acid, capsicum extract.

Usage
Try adding to a stir fry, or dilute up to 1:10 for ginger beer, or with hot water and honey for a warming hot toddy.
Some fruit may settle, turn the bottle gently before opening it to wake its natural goodness.
Store in a cool dark place. Once opened keep in the fridge and use within 3 weeks.
