Directions
Adults and children over 12 years old:Take one sachet per day in the evening. Empty contents of the sachet into a mug and add hot water to dissolve.
Children aged 4 to 12:Take half a sachet per day in the evening. Empty half a sachet into a mug and add hot water to dissolve.
Store in a cool, dry place and keep out of reach of children. Does not require refrigeration.
