Stir Fry - From Ambient. Cooking instructions (2 portions): Fry finely chopped onions in some olive oil, add 150g of Risotto Rice, and stir. Slowly add 600ml of vegetable broth and cook on low heat for 15-17 minutes. Stir frequently.
