How to Use

Add 1 large Vivo scoop or 2 heaped tablespoons (approx. 38g) to any of the following

Shake: Shake up well with 250ml plant milk or water in a Vivo Life shaker. Great for on the go!

Smoothie: Blend with 250ml plant milk and fruits of your choice. Add nuts, seeds or nut butter for a healthy fat source. Perfect post workout fuel!

Bowl: Blend with 150ml plant milk and frozen banana for a sorbet texture; then add fruits, nuts, seeds of your choice. The possibilities are endless!

Can also be used for baked goods, however for maximum nutritional value, we recommend you avoid heating the product and instead keep it for your smoothies and shakes.
