What is Single Concentrated White Truffle Oil?
We shave the highest quality white truffles and expertly blend them with our unique flavour&cold-pressed olive oil. Cold-pressing produces less oil than heated pressing but ensures that the delicate flavours&aromas are not damaged. Single concentrated isn't as strong as our double concentrated oils, allowing you to add a generous amount of oil to a dish without overpowering it.

What does it taste like?

How should I use it?
Use as a finishing oil to dress dishes before serving. Although the uses are endless, we recommend drizzling on pasta, pizza and risotto.
