Pycnogenol is a unique plant extract containing French maritime bark (Pinus pinaster), which is grown in sustainable French forests. It contains potent antioxidants that protect the cells from oxidative damage caused by free radicals and is a natural source of proanthocyanidins.

Directions
2 tablets twice daily for one week, thereafter 1 tablet twice daily or directed by a physician. To be taken with food.Do not exceed recommended amount.Ideal to be taken with Bio-C-Vitamin and Bio-E-Vitamin.
