Glutathione

Glutathione contains three amino acids, including Cysteine, Glycine and Glutamic acid. It is a significant water-soluble antioxidant. It plays an important role in preventing muscles from the impact of free radicals, especially those within muscles. Glutathione supplements also assist in protecting muscles from oxidative stress.
