Does Multi-Gyn ActiGel have any side effects?

Because Multi-Gyn ActiGel has an optimal acidity for the vagina and sperm is alkaline, the use of ActiGel may reduce the activity of sperm. Therefore it should not be used in the hours before or after intercourse when you wish to become pregnant. There are no other known side effects.

My discomforts are gone, do I need to continue using Multi-Gyn ActiGel?

No, there is no need to continuously use Multi-Gyn ActiGel. If you like, you can use Multi-Gyn ActiGel several times a week.

Does Multi-Gyn ActiGel affect the use of antibiotics?

No, Multi-Gyn ActiGel doesnt affect antibiotics in a negative way. In fact, we advise using Multi-Gyn ActiGel during or after the use of any antibiotics treatment.

Multi-Gyn ActiGel should not be used longer than 30 consecutive days, so the vaginal flora can regulate itself without support

For treatment of bacterial vaginosis (BV):we advise using Multi-Gyn ActiGel twice a day for 5 consecutive days. However you can use Multi-Gyn ActiGel whenever relief is desired.

For prevention of undesired discharge, odour and related complaints, or to counter yeast:one application in 3 days is sufficient, more frequent application increases the efficacy. We advise application prior to bedtime. Unprotected intercourse affects the pH of the vagina. Use ActiGel within 8 hours after intercourse to restore the optimal vaginal pH and prevent growth of unwanted bacteria or malodour

For vaginal discomforts (itch, irritation, sensitivity, redness and soreness):apply Multi-Gyn ActiGel in ample quantity at least once a day or whenever you need relief.

You can feel an immediate effect, especially with symptoms, such as irritation or itching. However, this can be different for each person. Feel a burning/tingling sensation after you apply? Dont worry, its normal and passes quickly. If your complaints persist or recur, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
