Our pure, dairy and gluten-free premium coconut milk powder is GMO-free and produced from freshly-squeezed coconut milk. It contains approximately 65% coconut oil content and retains much of the nutritional content of the raw coconut. It has a natural, sweet coconutty aroma and taste. Use our vegan coconut milk powder as a convenient alternative to canned coconut milk. Add to curries, desserts, cakes, sauces, smoothies, yogurts or hot drinks.

Its high in lauric, capric and caprylic acid - many of the medium chain fatty acids present in coconut oil. Our coconut milk powder is fast becoming a kitchen essential.

96% freshly squeezed coconut milk and 4% maltodextrin

How to use Coconut Milk Powder?

1 tablespoon (about 15g) whisked with 125ml of water makes a cup of coconut milk. Two tablespoons mixed with 125ml of water makes a thicker coconut cream. However, it really depends upon the thickness of cream/milk you are trying to achieve.

Sprinkle over cereals, add to coffee, make smoothies, milkshakes, yoghurts and ice creams. It is an excellent flavouring for curries, vegetable dishes and exotic sauces. Also a good thickening agent for cakes, biscuits and desserts

When using in drinks:its best to make the powder into a paste or liquid first. Then add the hot drink on top for instant dairy-free creaminess.
