Our coconut flakes are made from 100% Coconut! No GMO's, no preservatives, no nasty extras, just pure coconut (and a sprinkling of love). The flakes are made made from the pure white meat of fine Sri Lankan coconuts, which are shredded into slivers and then dehydrated at low temperatures to prevent diminishing the natural goodness of the coconuts. These Coconut Flakes are plain, untoasted and naturally sweet with a warm, nutty taste They're a great way of adding natural coconut flavour and texture.
