No Health&Her Sleep+ supplement has been formulated with the best natural ingredients and contains a unique blend of herbs, vitamins, and minerals to support the symptoms of poor sleep. None of the ingredients have a sedative effect, allowing you to wake feeling refreshed.

Uses
Take 1 capsule an hour before bedtime with food as part of a relaxed routine or as directed by a healthcare professional.
Not advised for pregnant women or women who are breastfeeding
