Directions of use
Shake before use. Carefully spray into your mouth, ideally into the side of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds before swallowing. You can spray together or take separately throughout the day. Can be taken with or without food.
1 x spray = D3-1000IU/K2-50mcg
2 x sprays = D3-2000IU/K2-100mcg
3 x sprays = D3-3000IU/K2-150mcg

Storage
