Why don't our supplements contain any D-chiro inositol?

After extensive research, we decided not to use D-chiro inositol due to recent studies suggesting that the supplement may be ineffective or even do more harm than good. An Italian study found that women who took D-chiro inositol had fewer eggs and lower quality embryos compared to those who took a placebo. Because many of our customers are trying to conceive, or plan to in the future, we want to ensure that we offer the most effective solution.

I don't like swallowing tablets, what can I do?

Swallowing pills can be a challenge for many. Fortunately the Myoplus tablets are nearly tasteless and crumble easily, so you can chew them and swallow with a sip of water. Alternatively, you can crush both the Myoplus and Preconception tablets and mix them with yogurt or a similar food.

How long can I continue taking MyOva?

If MyOva is working for you it is safe to continue to take it on an ongoing, long term basis.

Are there any side effects from taking MyOva?

All the ingredients of MyOva occur naturally in the body and in certain foods, and should cause no side effects if taken at the recommended dose. Myo-inositol can cause nausea, tiredness, headache, and dizziness if taken in excessive dosages. And excessive amounts of chromium supplements can lead to stomach problems and low blood sugar, and damage to the liver, kidneys, and nerves. However, side effects from taking chromium supplements are rare. Folic acid is safe for most people when taken by mouth or injected into the body. Most adults do not experience any side effects when used in doses less than 1000mcg daily.

Directions

Take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules in the evening. We recommend using this supplement consistently for 90 days.Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.Always consult a doctor before combining MyOva with any medications or other supplements.

It is possible to combine taking the recommended daily intake of 4 capsules o Metabolism with 4 capsules of either the Hair, Skin&Nails or Balance, but we recommended not mixing more than two supplements at the same time. Another option is to combine the recommended 4 capsules of Metabolism with two Myoplus daily to reach a daily dose of 4000mg of Myo-inositol.Taking the either the Balance, Metabolism or Hair, Skin&Nails with our Preconception supplement is not recommended.
