Our adults flavours typically last one person around 3 months of brushing twice a day.

Is this suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding?

It is recommended to avoid essential oils during pregnecy or whilst breastfeeding. To err on the side of caution we recommend using the kids flavours during this time.

Directions

Brush twice daily to remove and prevent plaque, keep your breath fresh, and nourish gum health. Avoid brushing straight after meals or drinks (except water) when your enamel may be weakened from an acidic environment.

Use our stainless steel spatula to scoop a pea-sized amount onto your toothbrush. Brush for 2 minutes, brushing each surface of every tooth, and around your gum line. Always replace the lid firmly after use to prevent your toothpaste from drying out.

Keep out of direct sunlight and avoid water getting in the jar to keep your paste fresh. Not suitable for children under 12 due to essential oils
