Directions

1 tablet two times daily. One 20 minutes before lunch and one 20 minutes before dinner with a glass of water. Additionally, if you feel the need, you can take one 20 minutes before breakfast or 20 minutes before a sugar-rich snack. Do not exceed the stated dose.
