Vitamin K2 is a vital component in supporting bone health and normal blood clotting. One of the primary roles of K2 is delivering calcium into the bones, rather than settling within soft tissue. Without vitamin K2, calcification of the arteries can occur.

Is vitamin K2 suitable during pregnancy and breastfeeding?
While K2 isn't unsafe during pregnancy, for some women it may be unsuitable and for this reason we recommend consulting your Midwife or GP before beginning any supplementation. Taking vitamin K2 during breastfeeding is suitable.
Is the Vitamin K2 Oral Spray suitable for those with special dietary requirements?
The K2 spray is suitable for those following a vegetarian and vegan diet. It is also suitable for diabetics and coeliacs.
Are there any contraindications with taking Vitamin K2?
Due to the high levels of vitamin K2 in the Vitamin K2 spray we do not recommend taking this product if you are taking anti-coagulants (blood thinners), except on the advice of your doctor. We always recommend speaking to your GP before starting any dietary supplements if you are on any medications or have any medical conditions.
Ingredients
Water, diluent (xylitol), emulsifiers (acacia gum and sunflower lecithin), menaquinone-7 (vitamin K2), acidity regulator (citric acid), preservative (potassium sorbate), medium chain triglyceride oil (coconut), flavouring (natural peppermint oil), antioxidant (DL--tocopheryl acetate [vitamin E]).

Directions
Shake well before every use. Carefully spray into your mouth, ideally onto the inside of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds. Replace the cap after use.
Initial use:press the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing.
Adults:Use 3 sprays a day (or as directed by your healthcare practitioner).
Dosage:3 sprays deliver 180g (micrograms) of vitamin K2.
If you are taking anti-coagulants (blood thinners) only take this product on the advice of a doctor.
If using during pregnancy and breastfeeding, we recommend consulting your Midwife or GP before beginning any supplementation.
Do not exceed recommended dosage.Contains xylitol - excessive consumption may produce laxative effects. No known contraindications with prescribed medications. Does not need to be taken with food or water, can be taken at any time of the day and combined with our other oral sprays.
Once opened, use within 6 months. Store at room temperature and out of direct sunlight. Keep out of reach and sight of children.
