A traditional herbal medicinal product for a warming massage to relieve achy muscles or stiffness after sport or any strenuous activity. This aromatic oil is naturally fragranced with lavender and rosemary. Made with golden arnica extract, this classic massage product can be used before or after exercise or activity, to help ease achy muscles. Ingredients

Active ingredients: 1g of cutaneous liquid contains 520mg of a combined liquid extract from Arnica montana L., flos, (equivalent to 24mg Arnica flower) and Betula pendula Roth and/or Betula pubescens Ehrh., folium, as well as hybrids of both species) (equivalent to 24mg Birch leaf). Extraction solvent: Ethanol 96% v/v / Sunflower Oil (2.3/97.7). Also contains: Sunflower Oil, Rosemary Oil, Lavender Oil, Lavandin Oil and Ethanol.

How to use

Read the enclosed leaflet before use. For application to the skin only. Wash hands before and after use. Do not apply to broken or irritated skin. Avoid contact with the eyes and mucous membranes.

Adults, the elderly and children over 12 years:Apply sparingly to the affected area with gentle massage three to four times daily.

Do not use

• if you are allergic to Arnica Montana, to other plants in the Asteraceae (Compositae) family or to any of the other ingredients.
• if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
• Do not apply to broken, irritated or damaged skin.
• if under 12 years of age.

Warnings and precautions

Consult your doctor, pharmacist or qualified healthcare practitioner if you are suffering from joint pain that is accompanied by swelling of the joint, redness or fever. If the condition worsens or if symptoms or do not improve within 14 days, a doctor or qualified healthcare practitioner should be consulted. If you experience redness, irritation or dry skin, discontinue use and consult your doctor or pharmacist.

• Do not store above 25C.
• Discard 3 months after opening.
• Do not use after the expiry date stated on the carton.
• May stain clothing if used in excess.
• Keep all medicines out of the sight and reach of children.
