Soaking in an Epsom Salts bath allows Magnesium Sulphate ions from the salt to absorb through the skin to help alleviate soreness caused by muscle overuse. This allows the body to relax which may help to relieve stress, soothe tired muscles and promote deep, rest.

To Support Muscle Recovery&Relaxation:Sprinkle 1-2 handfuls of ULTRAPURE Laboratories Epsom Salts into a warm bath (37-39C is ideal). Relax and soak for at least 20 minutes. When on the go, use ULTRAPURE Laboratories Epsom Salts Gel or ULTRAPURE Laboratories Ice-Cold Menthol Gel for targeted and intensive muscle recovery support.

To Soothe Sore, Tired Feet:Sprinkle a handful of Epsom Salts into a foot spa and soak feet 10-15 minutes. Pat feet dry and apply a luxurious and highly moisturising foot cream such as ULTRAPURE Laboratories Pure Coconut Oil. Your feet will thank you!

For Glowing Skin:Mix 1-2 handfuls of Epsom Salts with a few drops of ULTRAPURE Laboratories Olive Oil. Use this mixture to cleanse, exfoliate and gently remove dry skin patches, or stubborn fake tan.

Epsom Salts are food grade and can be taken orally, however, we recommend consulting with your GP first as Epsom Salts can cause laxative effects. Store in a cool, dry place and keep out of reach of children.
