Ingredients
100% organic ingredients: Cinnamon bark (40%), black tea (20%), ginger root (20%), cardamom pod (10%), licorice root.
Preparation
Use one tea bag per standard mug. Add freshly boiled water and infuse for 5–6 minutes, or longer for a stronger flavour.

Contains black tea and therefore naturally contains caffeine. Contains licorice. Store in a cool, dry place.

All Pukka teas are naturally caffeine free, except those containing green tea, black tea or cocoa. Pukka avoids decaffeination processes to preserve the plants' natural chemistry and organic principles. Green tea and matcha naturally contain caffeine and L-theanine, which may help balance its effects.
