Ingredients
Magnesium Silicate, Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule shell), Plant Sterols and Sterolins (isolated from Pinus Maritima and Pinus Pinaster).
Uses
Take 3 capsules daily to supplement a healthy varied diet. For best results, take 1 capsule 1 hour before meals or 2 hours after. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
