Ingredients
Goats' Milk, Stabiliser E339(ii) (Sodium Orthophosphates)
Contains milk. The stabiliser E339(ii) is added to prevent natural proteins settling at the bottom of the carton and does not affect the quality or nutritional benefits of the milk.
Uses
Shake the carton gently before use, as some natural proteins may settle during UHT processing. Best served chilled. Use in exactly the same way as cows' milk - as a drink on its own, in tea and coffee, over cereal, or in recipes and sauces. Once opened, refrigerate and use as you would fresh milk.
Advice
Goats' milk contains dairy proteins and is not suitable for individuals with a diagnosed dairy or milk allergy.
