Uses
Spray 5–10 sprays around the body and massage well into the skin to stimulate absorption. Best applied after a shower or bath when the skin is warm and pores are open. Apply anywhere on the body avoiding delicate areas such as the eyes. Concentrate on joints, muscles, and areas of concern. Reapply whenever needed.
Note:
On initial application a slight tingling sensation may be experienced. This is normal and indicates rapid magnesium absorption through the pores. This will pass with regular use.
Once opened, store at room temperature and out of direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.
